hey every1!! ok, here is my day. can u guyz tell me if i did good? ok, breakfast: fruit, mini bagel with a little bit of cream cheese Lunch: half of ham sandwich, orange juice, some strawberries Dinner: orange juice, baked potato with a little bit of sour cream, 3 little chicken legs, lots of broccoli, (YUM), little piece of bread. How did i do?? plus: 20 min of kickboxin, 20 min of walk away the pounds video. soooooooo, how do u think i did? thankz guyz!!!! ~jenna

to kay: ya they were little drumsticks things. they were tiny.
to kels: i don't eat at night. like bingin. i don't binge b/c i am not a person that does that. (i dunno) i am in bed all night. lol.....i think i ate enough

yea, great. et more veggies and fruit for bulk and fiber. even though u did good so far, eating like that (tiny portions with no snacks) can lead to late night bingeing

She said "little" chicken legs. I think she meant drummettes. That's about the equivalent of one chicken leg.
