Hey everyone. I just started my diet today and I'm wonderin' how I did. :) Breakfast: two slices of bannana bread, Lunch: chicken nuggets, juicy juice, riceroni, Snack: smartpop popcorn bag, Dinner: two lean pockets and a half a piece of corn.

Like banana bread has between 200 and 300 calories a slice, instead i'd have whole wheat toast with sugarless jam, for about 200 calories for 2 slices. for lunch, chicken nuggets arenet really bad, but 1 serving is only like four, so watch out, and I would have had a salad instead of riceoroni because of the salt and fat content in it. and juice really isnt that good for you, it has A LOT of sugar and useless calories, basically like a pop, switch to sugar free ocean spray, or skipp it and have water or milk. eat fruit, cuz it has fiber that juice doesnt have. 2 lean pockets is a lot, id have one, with a huge side of steamed veggies. corn isnt bad for you, but for dinner its alot of wasted carbs, go for green veggies, the darker the better. hope i helped u dodnt do bad for ur first day, these are just suggestions to help u
