If I ate around 1800 calories today, swam laps for a half hour and ran 3 miles, do you think I could lose weight from today? i've been having such a hard time dieting lately~~ arghhh
Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 04/24/05 - IP#: 70.81.187.xxx 1800 is actually a very good amount for your age. It's at the bottom of the average range for teens (1800-2200), so you should definitely lose weight. You should only go under 1500 if you are not active at all.

Mabye it is for you if you have a fast metabolism. But if you want to see results a bit quicker, I'd stick under 1,500. Good luck!!
