Hey peeps im am having so much trouble losing weight....i need to stay focused.. im gonna start tomorrow on my NEW diet... which is eating everything in half and try to excersise more. Man can AnyBody help me pleez...

stickign to a diet can be hard.. but u know just remind ur self. a healthy person!! Im sure u can do it.. eat right.. excersise. and ur off to a more beatiful you

Hey, if yu hav Microsoft Works on yur computer, then yu can just click on TEMPLATES and then click SPORTS AND FITNESS and yu can choose a meal planner or food diary so yu can record all of yur calories so that yu can keep track. Yu can even print it out and tape it on yur wall for easy access : )

Good luck. if yu stay fucused yu will do great. When yu excercize, yu should start out doing like 20 minutes a day walkin on the treadmill, and then increase it week by week. If yu ever start 2 lose focus, just try to imagine how good yu will feel about yourself when yu reach yur goal weight! :D
