Well i've done this many time's before, and i've lost weight with what I did, but then I quit and lost the weight back, so now I in and i'm going to stick with it...I have many plans to lose weight, but i'm starting this at the begining of June, I want to try to get to the lowest weight I can by september, I weigh 260 right now, I'm hoping to get to 220 or 210 by september if I work really hard, you guys tell me is that asking too much, if I do it the healthy way, I mean healthy food, and exercise. You should start now and set ur goal maybe at 210?
I bet u will lok just great in all those cute winter clothes..
