- Ugh !I don't get it . . last week i was like beetween 169-170 .. and i didnt eat any bad foods or anything. then during the weekend i ate like 3 cookies but i also excercised now im like 3 pounds heavier. I dont get it ..its maybe water weight but i just have this feeling its not. I dont know..but right now im feeling really discouraged like what im doing for my diet is wrong. Can you guys please tell me what you think is wrong with me. thanks.

- Umm . .i guess it was a false alarm. im back to my normal weight according to the scale. Im so sorry for coming on here and acting all sad for nuthin. = (

Hey, let me tell you, that sucks. But don't give up. It probally is water weight. I once gained 5 lbs in 2 days because I ate a little more salt then usual. Alot of people could say its "muscle", but if you don't feel better about your body then it probally isent. Anyways, don't weigh yourself that much, and how many calories are you eating a day? When did you weigh yourself? Let me know and I'll try to help! But you probally didnt GAIN 3 lbs of fat. Its hard to do!
