For the past month and a half, ive been exersizing a lot everyday, throughout the day. But for the past couple of days, i get tired faster. I drink enough water and stuff. But I was wondering if the fact that i get tired quicker is because im tired from all the exersize ive been doing? Well thats what i thought it was, so i decided to take it semi easy over the weekend. I'd just walk/run places. But i was just wondering if that was it.

yes that might be it. You might just be burned out from all the exercise that you are not used to. Also, you may want to look at how many of hours of sleep you are getting. That may be contributing to the fatigue.

how much protein do you get a day because i use to get sooo tired everyday and want to sleep alot and just sit around but then i got this protein mix and i had a bunch of energy and all the protein makes you have a smaller appetite...well GOOD LUCK!

Yah it probally is. Sometimes your body needs a day or 2 to rest. Sometimes your body can be more energetic then other days too!
