kk how i do today
I know alot of fat...
I had a half of butter finger for breakfast..
Then i had 1 small burrito for lunch..
Then for dinner i had a hamburger..
so ya? wat do i need to change

thats not good food or dieting at all you need to change and eat some fruits and veggies like helen said drink lots of water ad less unsweetened things but maybe if once in a while you get a craving you can have the half butterfinger but candy for breakfeast? i mean eat something like small bowl of cereal or half toasted bagel or grits and for lunch a sandwich,broiled chicken,rice? and snacks fruits or veggies like cucumbers and carrotts and dinner green beans baked fish baked potato not all of them you know just choose healthy things :-)

alot of things...like have some fruits and veggies..drink water..dont eat so much greasy food and excersize..have cereal and fruit for breakfast a sand which for lunch and a small portion of what ever for dinner with veggies..and also have a snack of fruits and veggies througout the day...
