I've been doing good I lost 2 pounds last week. I've been thinking about fasting for a week is that ok?

no not good at all fasting makes you gain weight and isnt healthy for your body

fasting was created to cleanse, and adapted by anorexic ppl. Its totally not the way to lose weight! just keep up what you did last week! Just think, if you keep up the rate of 2lbs a week, your goal is sooooo do-able

If you lost 2 lbs last week, that is absolutly perfect. If you fast, you'll slow down your metabolism, could overeat, and you'll only loose 2-3 lbs. Mabye more but you would gain it back. Fasting is lame and is not a good way to diet. But if you wnt to try it, do it and see for yourself!
