day 2 is going well!! I had around 400 calories for breakfast which was 1/2 a bagel, grapes and a bowl of granola, then i had track where we ran about 2 and a half miles really fast. Now I'm about to do crunches and go into the city for the day. I'm going to have around 800 more calories and call it a dayy <3

well everyone's different. plus you may be at a different fitness level than me. As long as you're breathing hard and sweating during your run, you'll be increasing your fitness level and having a good workout.

how fast would say you ran the 2 and a half miles, just out of curiosity, because i dono how fast it should be
