I started my diet yesterday and I did really good. I had about 1000 calories and then did about 2 hours of exercise and had 8 glasses of water. Today is still going strong but it's still early. No I am not messing up today! I'll post again whe I see some results!! Good luck to all!!

thats not nearly enough calories, ESPECIALLY if you are exercising!! bump it up!!

u have to eat between 1200 and 1800 cals!!

good job! JUST DONT OVER DO IT, bcuz if u barely eat and excersize alot u wont see any changes bcuz u wont have any food or nutrition in ur body, but good luck and godbless!
