hey, i didn't eat very much today because i wanna have pizza and a lil dessert, is this okay...breakfast*banana, lunch*granola bar, yogurt, snack*banana, then for dinner my friends and i are having pizza so im going to limit it to 1 or 2 slices, and then i think some ice cream, but not alot! i ran 1 mile too..so did i do okay?

You had a granola bar and a yoghurt for Lunch? That's not good. You need like a sandwhich and fruit.....that sounds like breakfast to me. Plus yoghurt is bad for you...but light yoghurt is okay.
