okay so i ate 585 for breakfast and lunch combined...then worked out by running and abs...i burned 300 calories.....BUTTTTT then my mom ordered chinese and i had 2 crab cake things and 2 servings of orange chicken...how many calories would that add back on?? :( how many calories would i be at right now and how many is the chinese food i ate??

Even if you ate 1000 calories for dinner (which I doubt you did) you would still be in a good range for weight loss, especially since you exercised. Don't worry about it.
