i had healthy pancakes today for breakfast/lunch. I made them with skim milk and one egg so they weren't fattening at all. Plus I used this yogurt spread instead of butter. They were pretty yummmy<3 That was around 400 calories and I just went to the gym and ran 2 miles and lifts light weights, stretched and did crunches...So day 3 is going pretty well so far.
