okay honestly....do some of you people that post saying they burnt off 2000 or more calories by working out are right?? do you have any idea how many hours that would take?!?! ill give you an idea of how many hours....MORE THAN YOU WORKED OUT....think ab wat your saying b4 you say it.....kthnxbye

I can honestly say I burn atleast 500 calories when I work-out. But I run a mile, bike 3 miles, and do all kinds of weight-lifting. It takes me about 1.5 hours.

People that post that they burned 2000+ calories mean that they burned that in a day. Since your body uses 1500-1800 calories just to function, if you add about 300 calories burned by exercise, that can add up to over 2000 calories a day. Think about it, if you ate 1800 calories and only burned 200-300 all day, everyone would be HUGE.
