what are you guys doing for exercize every day? -- what, how long and how much? thanks!!

Then at school i do w/e we are doing in PE (right not its bandminton). Lunch i play the volleyball thing again. When i get home I either run, dance, or rollerblade (sometimes all in one day), and i go on a walk with my mom. Then before bed i do crunches and curl ups. it doesnt take up my whole day, because some arent as long as others..but i probably spend over 2 hours doing different kinds of exersizes..

Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 04/27/05 - IP#: 216.74.217.xxx I walk on the treadmill for 30 mins or more. I do the stationary bike for 10-15 mins; sometimes more. And then I do the weight machines at my gym for 5-15 mins.
