Hi everyone... ok i just need to loose a little bit of weight!!! i cant stop eating junk food tho!!!! PLZ HELP!!! i justwant to loose a bit of weight and it would make me soooo happy... plz help me out!! thanx a million!!!

Or, instead of say fries, eat an apple. Drink lots of water, it's a great filler. Start by walking 15-20 mins around your neighborhood, or a park everyday that you can, or set a schedule and do 3-4 days a week. Start slow, then work up to jogging for 30 mins 4 days a week.
