I just weighed myself and I seen that i'm 149 lbs. I gained two pounds which isn't good. I'm trying to lay off soda but it's just not working. I'll go for a day or two then i'll have a glass of pepsi or something. Can someone give me some suggestions about that?

Also, the sodium in soda helps you retain water, making you feel bloated and making you weigh more.

Drink diet soda or water. Diet soda doesn't have any calories, but don't drink soda alot. it has gas bubbles in it that can really make you bloat up. Good Luck!

Soda is crap. There are sooooo many other alternatives, such as water, diet iced-tea, flavored sparkling water. Just try those things. It's not hard to just lay off soda. Because it something where you have to get up, get a cup, get the soda and pour it. And by that time, you should have thought it out and realized its not the healthiest thing for you.
