i dont know what to do. im at my wits end. i just like its just impossible for me to eat healthy. when im on weight watchers, i do so much better. i have so much more willpower, but now that im not on it its just so bad. my mom wont rejoin so i cant do it. im starting to keep a food diary on my computer and ive just GOT to stick with it. i gave up vegetarianism. not necessarily for good but i just figure i all ready have enough of a weight problem that if i give up meat im gonna be eating like all bread and pasta which wont do my weight loss anygood. im going to a family party tonight... any tips??

Drink water or diet soda. Don't waste your calories on your beverages, unless it's something you really want. If it's a carry-in, bring veggies or fruit or another healthy dish.
Don't feel like you need to eat dessert because you finished the rest of your food. Ask yourself if you're really hungry or if you just want to taste the dish. If the answer is the latter, opt for a half-piece.
