My weight is a constant struggle. I am 5'8 and weigh 205 pounds. any tips for losing weight? I already play softball and basketball, so i get my excercise. I eat pretty healthy also. I just cant keep up with my weight!

Fruits are awesome and super sweet and they make you feel better while you excercise. Drink plenty of ice water cuz it has zero calories and helps raise your metabolism and aids the fat burning process. Nine months ago, I was 5 ft 5 and 140 pounds but i took out all those cookies, cakes, reduced my carb content, ate like 9 servings of fruit, had wholemeal bread, non fat milk, drank lotta water and now im 112 pounds. So just try this!

What are you portions of food like? What do you eat in a day? How much water do you drink? What do you snack on between meals? Try the 12000 calorie diet, it helps a lot. You might also have a disorder. Ask your parents to take you to your doctor and ask him/her about it.
