heyy i have been feeling good lately i lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks but im startimg to feel like im loosing grip on my diet a little, any tips on how to stay on a diet? or any idea's on how much i should eat a day? any tips at all? thanks <3justine

i lost it just by running 1 mile a day, drinking a lot of water, and only eating when im hungry...the weight just flew right off
