Well, last summer I lost a whole 10-20 lbs just being out of the house and going around the naighborhood with my friends. And i'm going to try to walk around the block with my friends for like an hour or so. That way I can get more exersize than I have been getting. I'm going to most likely also bike, depending on when I can get new tires for my bike. Then by the time summer comes I can also swim. So..it sounds like a plan. But yesterday kind of sucked because well, it started out good. I had toast for breakfast and salad for lunch..but then I went to this party and they had pizza for dinner so I had two peices of that, and then I also had like four glasses of pop. Can someone suggest some good exersizes to burn it off?

You can go running, or even jogging around your neighborhood. If you have a jumprope, or a trampoline you could do that for as long as you possibly can. Try doing pushupsh, situps, or crunches. Try even running in place! :)
