Hi every one my nasme is Kristen and I am really overweight I am 5'4 and I weigh 150 and the whole reason is because my mother got re married and I hate him and his kids and i just eat when im sad or mad and that is why i started to get this big so if anyone can help me i would really like some fast ways to lose weight thank you and good luck to everybody!!!!
