okay, im not going on a "eat completely healthy, or hate myslef" diet but i do want to lose a little bit of weigh beofre prom. I typical lunch for me would be fastfood or hotdogs or BLT w/ no fruit or veggies. Terrible i know! Today i forgot to eat breakfast, but right now i am eating 2 skinless hotdogs, 10 carrots and a big glass of water. This is pretty good right? In about 10 minutes im gunnna do an arm workout video becuase my arms r REALLY fat and i need them more toned, Im gunna do the videa 2 times a day for 3 weeks.
Reply from Marissa, Age 15 - 05/02/05 - IP#: 68.114.21.xxx Hi MARIE, I am not overweight and I know how to stay in shape. First of all, don’t SKIP ANY MEALS, for that is a great way to GAIN WEIGHT. If so, you’ll get hungry later and eat even more. You need to eat healthy foods breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Eating six small portions of food each day makes your metabolism become higher. Exercise at least 30mins once a day every other day, don’t over do it. The KEY to losing weight is to be consistent. Drinking Water is one of the best things you can do. Eating Hot dogs is NOT a good way to losing weight even though you tried to skin them! It would good if you could get a personal trainer. Listening to music or exercising with a friend makes it more fun. If you need any more tips I am here! God Bless, Marissa
