i am doing yoga, but scared of gaining weight. I know that it will be muscle weight.. but i don't know whether to continue because if the number on the scale goes up.. i get really depressed. any tips?

You are not going to gain much muscle weight from doing yoga, anyways.

First, even if the numbers go up on the scale, who cares? If you can tell you've lost the fat, and put muscle on, or toned it down then GREAT JOB! That's the hardest part of losing weight! Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, we all know that. But they are just numbers, it's how you feel about yourself, and if your healthy or not that matters the most.
