Right now i am 14 and i weigh 165! I am only 5'6 and i am really unhappy! The summer is coming for me in about 1 month and i want to look good in my swimsuit... I have tried dieting but i dont have enough discipline. I excersize alot, but nothin is working.. Does anyone have an advice (EXCEPT: drink water, excersize 30 mins a day and eat healthy foods???? ) email me at dancer_chick006@hotmail.com

You just have to learn to say no. I ate no junk food at all when i started dieting for about a month. then i started saying no with a cookie, not everyday, but everyonce and a while. Then once i get to my goal range (130-135), then i may be a little more lose, but not careless. you need to devlope the will power to say no.
Reply from Kathryn, Age 17 - 05/02/05 - IP#: 212.184.12.xxx haha, there is NO OTHER WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT. Im sure plenty of ppl have already told you that, you shoudl listen! Weight loss takes the disapline that yousay you lack. So if losing weight is really important to you, then you will change yourself. If its just to look good for the summer, then find a skirt and a big shirt and save the bathingsuit till you feel you can commit. good luck!
