Hey im 5'7 and about 160 lbs. im only at risk for being overweight, but i want to get to about 125-135. Today i ate a banana, a glass of orange juice. turkey on a whole wheat honey wrap thing, a pria bar (like a health food bar, 110 cals, barely any fat. and really good)carrot sticks, and some healthy choice popcorn (no butter or anything) did i do ok todya?
