Hi i'm 5'8 and i weigh 158 pounds..i am in track and run alot, sprint, and eat sorta heathly except at night when i eat a ton...how can i stop eating so much dessert at night? please respond!!!

You can chew sugar free gum, helps you really not to think about food because there is something in your mouth. I do it, it works.

also, if you have a craving, get a bottle of water and drink it, that will fill you up. Or, you can grab a piece of fruit and eat it. That helps too.

Thanks for the tips guys i also heard that its a good idea to brush your teeth after dinner so u won't wanna eat or if your going to have a small dessert eat it right after dinner...is that a accurate tip?

if you get enough in the day your good and ever since i heard this i followed it.. what you do is you dont eat 3 hours before bed time and it works for me i dont eat at night anymorpe cause i no i have to stop eating at 6 so you just have to commit and maybe try what im doing
