Hi i'm 5'8 and i weigh 158 pounds..i am in track and run alot, sprint, and eat sorta heathly except at night when i eat a ton...how can i stop eating so much dessert at night? please respond!!!

Reply from hilary, Age 13 - 05/02/05 - IP#: 68.115.94.xxx if you get enough in the day your good and ever since i heard this i followed it.. what you do is you dont eat 3 hours before bed time and it works for me i dont eat at night anymorpe cause i no i have to stop eating at 6 so you just have to commit and maybe try what im doing
