for the past week.(since april 23rd) i havent had soda, bread, pasta, chips, cake, anything with lots of carbs and have run a mile everyday ..... any other suggestions i dont know if this is enough? oh btw. im 5'9'' and 215 i think. i havent weighed myself for about a month.
