hi my name is ashley , and iv went on the atkins diet for a week and iv lost around 9 lbs the first day i lost 4lbs i only drink one diet coke a day the rest is water, and i eat chicken ,fish,vegetables,or anything else low carb!! i was 230 now im 221 and im gonna continue this for 8 weeks... if any ppl want to talk about what there doin to lose weight u can email me at pinkyluvzashton7!!! but im 5'6 and pretty much an easy target for people to make fun of.. i just need a little motivation so if anybody wants to talk .. email me !!! tty peeps l8tr bie!!~!!**

I wanted to ask you if you can help me out with exercise and diet. You totally amaze me when u said u lost 9lbs on the first day and i was like how she do it. Tell me everything u did that made u lose some pounds. Plz, i really need help. Thanks.

plus it is impopssible to lose weight and not lose fat !!! nah i knew that it was water weight that i lost

well all i know was i went on it before and lost 30 lbs in 1 month and i take a multivitamin everyday... so sry not to rain on ur parade but its alot better than losing 1 lb a week... and thats why its called a low carb LIFESTYLE .. so u cant get off of it and u wont gain weight... i know alot of people who do it... this girl i know who did it for a year and she doesnt have problems... well sorry for going on about it but im doing rice and vegetables to .. well g2g bye

i did atkins for a week.. lost 8 pounds.. was sooo happy!! but the second you go off of it you gain EVERTHING back.. 1st of all: its just water weight 2: you won't lose 9 pounds everyweek. 3rd: its not proven to be healthy in the long run 4: you need carbs!!! 5: the only weight you will lose it water and muscle mass.. not fat. 5: you will gain it back.. i hate to rain on your parade.. but its the truth. i know ur happy to seee 9 pounds gone, but wouldn't u rather see them gone by doing it the heatlhy way and really earning it? plus, atkins is proven to be UNhealthy, with severe effects on your kidneys... e-mail if you want more info Katiecool01@yahoo.com
