Ok..So, please tell me how i did today.
Breakfast: Banana with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a glass of orange Juice
Snack: a hershey kiss and a lollipop, i no its really bad..but it was 80 cals total and only like 1 gram of fat, plus that will be my dessert for today..
Lunch: turkey wrap on a honey wheat wrap thing, pria bar (health bar with 110 cals and like 3 grams of fat)carrots, and water
Snack: Quacker baked Snack things- 60 cals for 8 ( I had like 12, so thats like 100 cals) 1 gram of fat etc. and water..
Dinner: Not sure yet, but i think pasta. Im gonna only try to have a little and to have lots of salad
Dessert: a peice of fruit or nothing
also im gonna go on the treadmill for an hour..is this ok?
