Well today i had a bowl of korn pops, and at lunch i had one cup of noodles and i bought bread stixs. I notice that everytime i over eat i always feel like throwing up. so anyways, i've been taking green tea pills. I gave up soda(like cold turkey way) and i drink OJ, and water. Well i don't really exercise, only walkin back and forth to classes, sometimes i exercise for 15 minutes at home. but i guess i wanted a partner, but no one wants to do it with me. now this is an excuse for me..lol. any suggestions on fun exercise?

Try different things until you find the one you like the best, then stick with it. For me it's swimming, bike riding, etc. I love doing that kind of stuff, but if you like sports, then do the one you like the most. It will be a lot of fun for you, and you won't even think about you exercising, plus in sport's you can be with other people.
