Hey there...I'm so proud of myself!! Last night i weighed myself and i weigh 156!!! Two pounds ligther!!! Hurray! Okay so anywho how does this sound for today: Brek:ceral (w/ fruit) and low carb yougert (only 60 cals) Lunch:salad, and a heath bar (110 cals) and water..Snack: a glass of milk and a 1/2 bagel (it waz the small half though) I went on the tredmill and burned 600 cals by the way (oh and, i sprinted to the bus this morning, not that i wanted to) Dinner:shrimp w/ light pasta Dessert:fruit
Does that sound okay? Advice please!!
