i had a good day today. I had around 1500 calories, ran 5 miles at track and danced for a good half hour. I ate pretty healthy. breakfast-hooney nut cheerios, lunch-bagel, snack-orange dinner-turkey wrap with baked lays, dessert-kodos bar...yup yupp so rate this if you'd likeee : ) <3

yeah, my track coach is pretty hardcore. You can work up to 5 miles tho for sure! good luck! <3

You run 5 miles at track? We run like 3!! Ugh ur soo lucky u get to add in the extra miles to lose weight! And you can run that far!
