Does anyone know any ways that I could bring healthy food to school for lunch and snacks without being too obvious? I don't want my friends to know that I'm "dieting". Also, I need help staying away from food when I'm home and not doing anything. I can't really go out because I live in the middle of nowhere... and I have to spend a lot of time on homework. I'm used to snacking while doing my homework or while on the internet. One last thing (sorry if i'm asking too many questions), I want to drink more water but I always feel sick when drinking a lot. It doesn't even fill me up... it just makes me crave something salty. I also have REALLY bad memory, so does anyone have a good way of remembering to drink water? (I always have a bottle of water with me, I just always forget to drink it.) Well, thanks!

yeah i totally agree with heather. the buddy system makes it so much either. especially if you like "report" to them what you ate at the end of the day. it makes you feel soooo guilty if you ate worse then them or didnt excersice

About the first question..um are they really your friends if u can't even tell them that your going on a diet? If you cant even be honest about that? Life is to stort to be cool my friend. Besides the buddy system REALLY helps with dieting
