alright new plan cuz the scale isnt budging even though my mom has told me she thinks i loko thinner... im gonna have cereal for breakfast with a piece of fruit. then a sandwich for lunch and then watever my mom cooks for dinner. im gonna stop bringing my wallet to school. im only gonna bring 1 dollar for the diet coke i buy. and im very good about that i never buy regular soda at school. i love diet coke. i have softball like every day and im gonna try to do the treadmill more. my new goal is set for the first of july. i have a lot that month, i go away, im going to a wedding, etc.... so im hoping to lose 15 by then. o yea my mom and i r rejoining weight watchers!!! yay!! well how does this sound???

are you lifting weights? that could be why you look thinner but the scales havent budged..good luck! im sure you can lose the weight!
