Rate this please brek- low cal yogurt, wheat toast with jelly lunch- health bar, turkey wrap on whole wheat, carrots, water, snack- apple cinnamon quaker things (60 calories) and for dinner im having pasta. which im gonna try to have a lot of salad and limit the pasta....plus im trying to have 1 thing of dessert every other day so tonight im having weight watchers ice cream

Don't eat stuff with trans fat, or even make sure how many grams of fat are in each thing. Like caolies, you should have less than 15g a day... And I stress less than, some fats are good and not so good as you would know, so its just best to keep them to a minimum. Another thing is check sodium and so on.... Learn to be careful with what you're eating, don't consume yourself with calories, because some things may be less in calories but high in fat. Understand what I mean?
