HI everyone! im so proud of myself! I used to eat pizza, pop and candy for lunch, come home eat chocolate, chips, and many junk foods have fast food for dinner and eat more at night. 1st of all i have only had pop 2 times in the last 2 weeks!!!! i used to live on it!!! i also have the nastiest fattest arms ever and i need to fix them by prom (20 days). Now an average day is: 6am 20 minutes of weights, lunch : 1 slice pizza, carrots, grapes and big bottle of water. come home have icecream or something healthy (depends wether i have a craving or not)then do 20 minutes of weights and i have a goood dinner with mean, friut and veggies.then i do more weights before bed! i am not going on like a 200 cal diet or anything but im positive i will see improvements from this dramatic change!!!!! what do you think??????

Good Work :) I have been on a health kick i don't believe in using the word diet for about 17 weeks and have lost 11 kilos and gone down one dress size. All i do is go on the tredmill for 20 minutes a day and eat fruit and veggies and if i want some chips then i have them i'm not banning food it helps control cravings because if you want it and can't have it makes you want it more.

200 cal diet? Whoa that's not good, I hope you meanth 2000... All in all, slow down on the weights. I know you want dramatic change, but this isn't the way to do it. First you do need to get cardio in as someone mentioned. Weight training is good, but when you say weights what specific muscles are you doing? Bicep/triceps? Whatever it is remember to balance. If you're doing biceps make sure you do triceps, so on so forth. AND you don't have to do weights every day. You need to take a break to give your muscles time to heal. All in all good luck to you kiddo...

THATS AWESOME THAT YOU'VE MADE SUCH IMPROVEMENTs! BUT DO YOU DO ANY CARDIO, OR JUST WEIGHTS? CAUSE CARDIO IS WHAT WILL REALLY HELP MAKE THE PROCESS FASTEr!! YOU ATE GOOD! JUST NOT TOO MUCH ICE CREAM AFTER SCHOOL!
