hey. Has anyone tried any diets that have given them good results? I'd prefferably like to hear about the most common ones such as: atkins, south beach, etc. If so, please just let me know here, as I'd like to try a specific one.

Sometimes it is best to just watch labels on food you buy. My sister is on Jenny Craig and obviously because I'm underage I'm not. But guess what, I've lost more weight than she has and the good thing is I don't have to follow all those rules. You have to learn to eat in proper proportions because if you were to follow one of those diets it'll be hard to get back on to regular foods. Do it the natural way, eat right and exercise.

Either way, low-carb diets are not always the way to go, check with a medical professional before to make sure this is the right thing for you. You can't necessarily trust the advice on a website.
