Ok....How good did I do today?--Morning-Ice Mocha Lunch-Ham and Cheese sandwich with a VERY small amount of mayo-Dinner-Small bowl of mac and cheese(fat free or low fat one)with a slice of bread Exercises-Walk one mile.50 push ups.120 leg toner things.100 jumping jacks.100 curl ups....So..how did I do?

I dont know if u have ver tried it but its actuall really good. If u use yellow mustard instead of mayo its healther because yellow mustard doesnt have any calories or fat. :)

Katherine--Well, I don't think I ate too little..even if I did it wouldn't be bad because I guess the mac and cheese is bad for you, right? Maybe tomorrow...Is hould replace it with a bananna or apples...what do you think..?

i agree with lisa.. it also sounds like you are eating too little.. and the things that you are eating are kinda unhealthy.. mac&cheese cough cough

try to have a little more fruits and veggies, they are really low in cal most of them and are good for you and fill ya up!

how do u do 120 toning leg things!! Ugh i which i had that kind of commitment!! That must kill!! u did awesome keep up the great work and u will be summer ready in no time!
