I have decided to write a book about weight loss i don't know why maybe because people really think it's so hard and yet so simple so tell me what you think of it so far!

Everyone wants to be able to fit into that wonderful clothing that only the rich and famous can fit into. You want to just walk into a clothing store and find your size and zip click and look and it fits perfect. You don’t want to shack your hips from side to side, suck in your stomach, and hope you can finally button it up and then only to find out you got two inches of solid fat sticking out. If your one of those people and want to have a fit, healthy, body, then my friend this is the book for you so sit back and enjoy, because when your done it’s time for exercise!
Most people think I wouldn’t have anything to say about weight loss because I’m so young well I have and I guess that’s an unfortunate thing. I’ve been up and down the scale many of times and have seen it all, trust me. But this isn’t about my trails and tribulations of weight loss this is about your journey, though I may mention some of my struggles along the way.
Another thing that most people can’t believe is how easy weight loss can really be. You don’t need to concentrate on fat or carbs or really even calories for that matter, the key word is portion control.
Look at how you typically eat. Maybe you eat healthy and congratulations for you, all your doing is reading this to get some pointers on loosing those last ten or whatever. For the most part you could be a person who failed the Atkins or what have you diet and are ready to start a new one and this is the newest one that you found.
