OMG i ate SO bad today!!!! Okay for breakfest i have low carb yoyurt,fruit,smoothie,orange juice,and milk (a ton of fruit huh!) Then it went downhill when for a cinco de mayo party at school i had a burrito, chips and guacamole (it waz made from scratch though) Then for lunch i had, 1/2 a ham sandwhich,a pria bar, and 1/2 a salad. And lemonade. UGH then the list goes on and for snack i had a bagel ((UGH)) Then for dinner i had chicken,veggies,milk, a whole grain rice. For dessert i had a banana w/ peanut butter. OMG i did WICKED bad i am so mad at myself. For exerise i did jump rope and went for my daily run w. my friend. i am soooo UPSET!

Calm down. Everyone has bad days, and yours wasn't too bad. Just think about it! You got lots of fruits and veggies in there. That's a plus. Beans are great protein. The only place you got off was the chips & guacamole. Good luck on losing weight! ^_^
