ok if i eat yogurt everyday for breakfast and a snack every day fo 2 months how much weight u think i would lose? of course for lunch and dinner something light and easy ..

actually suzu...yogurt is wicked healthy, as long as you get the light kind..its still really good and according to like 5848 studies itll help you lose weight.

Hmn... I wouldn't go for a yogurt every morning. As healthy as it may seem, or as healthy as a yogurt may seem its still not. Go for something more natural cause atleast that way you know whats going in your body. For example, eat a grapefruit in the morning instead. Understand what I mean? You have to try to eat different things otherwise you'll get bored of your plan quickly and may or may not start cheating. That of course is up to you and how badly you want to lose the weight.
