The concept is that you should eat more at the beginning of the day and less at the end, and that makes perfect sense. You don't necessarily have to eat supper food at breakfast and breakfast food at supper, but simple having a bigger breakfast and a smaller supper would work the same way.

Personally I don't like the thought of a 'diet' period. You just have to learn to eat healthy and exercise. Why waste money on something when you can do it yourself with a little bit of motivation?
