hey guys.
did pretty good today. for breakfast i had wheat toast with 1 tbs. peanut butter, for lunch i had a turkey wrap, health bar, and carrots, and for snack i had 10 almonds.
im going out with my friend tonight though. probably out to dinner. but im gonna have a salad with maybe grilled chicken or something, no cheese or bacon or what not. then ill have one thing for dessert.
im gonna run on the treadmill now though for like an hour..

I'd skip desert because it adds tons of fat, sugar and calories. *Ray*Ray*
