Alright today is my day to do wicked good!! I have started it out good! This morning i had a small glass (like shot glass size) of organge juice and nutriton for woman oatmeal with a banana!! For lunch i think i'm gonna hav a salad!! Wish me luck (oh and i'm gonna go on the tredmill...track waz cancelled cuz its raining..ugh)
