hey..breakfast for today i had 2 eggs on toast, no cheese or anything. lunch im gonna have a lean cuisine entree thing and im about to run on the treadmill for about an hour..dinner were going to unos but im gonna get a salad..mm there so good there lol..ok bye xoxox

I mean there are other ways for you to burn off calories rather than using the treadmill. Why not do something you like then? I mean 40 minutes of taebo can POTENTIALLY burn off almost 700 calories. Now whether you're doing it properly and getting results is up to you. OR, I'de say do some rollerblading, swimming, or even play games in the park. Atleast you'll get fresh air and have fun in the end.
