im kinda temporarily disabled but i dont kn ow for how long summer is coming up and i dont wanna wait to lose weight wha can i do?

I don't know what condition you are in currently eight wise, but you have to understand that if you are extremely overweight then you have to make a realistic goal of a couple months to lose the weight. If not then well there is always ways to work around your temporary disablement whatever the case may be.
