Okay whatever i'm a total failure..Brek:oatmeal w/ a bannana lunch: Whole wheat pita w/ turkey and tons of veggies..and some chips w/ guacamole and salsa (i no wicked bad) then for snack we went out for ice cream and i got a small oreo gelado but i only ate like 1/2 or mabye 3/4..for dinner i'm having salad and then i am having some 94% fat free popcorn for dessert...i no its bad but w/e..couldnt exercise today the tredmill is wicked retarded and its horrible out...OH but good news!! i am a large in juinors which is pretty good cosidering before i was like xxL...so yeh but also i fit into size 10!! whew who!! i'm upset i did bad today...w/e

Congrats on the weight loss. And I don't think you did that bad... but then I again I've never eaten what you had for lunch so I wouldn't know. All in all, its okay to indulge once awhile, learn not to worry about it or let it get you down. Thats why I like your w/e attitude because whatever happens you just jump back on your regular plan tomorrow.
